Commencing in Delhi (Capital city of modern India) to Agra (Taj Mahal -One of the Seven Wonders of the World) to Ranthambore National Park to Jaipur (The Pink City of India) and finally to Udaipur, the city of Dawn, surrounded by the ancient Aravali mountains and set on the edge of three lakes.

Day1
- Arrive Delhi
Traditional welcome (garlanding) on arrival at Delhi international airport by Travel Pals India executive and transferred to hotel by air-conditioned car for overnight stay at the hotel. |

Day2
- Delhi
After breakfast you will meet your guide for the day for a tour of the historic city of old Delhi which will include the magnificent Red Fort, the Jama Masjid - one of Asia’s largest mosques, Rajghat - memorial to Mahatma Gandhi - the "Father of the Nation". Afternoon, tour of New Delhi to include Humanyun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate (war memorial), President's House and drive through Connaught Place.
Evening optional visit to see Son-et-Lumière (Sound and Light show) at the Red Fort or try an authentic Indian & Mughlai cuisine or doing nothing by the poolside in the hotel. |

Day3
- Delhi - Agra (220 kms/4.5 hrs)
Today, you will be leisurely driven across in Travel Pals India car towards south-east to Agra - the city of world famous 'Taj Mahal' - One of the Seven Wonders of the World. Just before entering Agra city you will be met with your guide to enjoy a visit to the Sikandra Fort, it was the last resting place of the Mughal emperor Akbar. He was the greatest of the Mughal emperors and one of the most secular minded royalties of his time. He was the heir to a long tradition of oriental refinement, a great patron of the arts, literature, philosophy and science.
On arrival in Agra check-in your hotel for wash'n'change. Early evening, visit to Itmad-ud-daulah (Baby Taj) and to view the Taj Mahal at sunset from across the river Yamuna. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day4
- Agra - Ranthambhore (265 kms/5 hrs)
Early wakeup calls this morning to enjoy the pristine dawn-views of the Taj Mahal. The white wonder marble seems to change colours with the changing effect of the sunshine. A UNESCO World Heritage Site which was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Best viewed & enjoyed in the non-chaotic and less crowded time of the day (a Travel Pals India recommendation). Exclusive viewing for over an hour. Return to hotel for breakfast.
Further, your guide will accompany you to showcase another UNESCO World Heritage Site overlooking the Taj Mahal in red sandstone.
Also visit the Fatehpur Sikri; a UNESCO World Heritage Site - the deserted capital built by Akbar which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Assisted by a guide to visit this world famous complex of monuments and temples built in a uniform architectural style.
Evening arrive Sawai Madhopur district to stay at the Ranthambhore National Park. Ranthambhore is widely considered to be one of India’s most beautiful national parks and Tiger reserves. Encircled by a series of high escarpments, the forests, lakes and dry scrub that make up the Reserve are dotted with old forts and temples, creating a wonderful atmosphere for both bird and mammal viewing among a landscape oozing with ancient Rajput history and Rajasthani culture. |

Day5
- Ranthambhore National Park
Early morning jeep safari to the Ranthambhore National Park to visit the home of the King of the jungle - the Indian Bengal Tiger, by invitation only! You will see abundant spotted deers, Sambar deer, blue antelope (nilgai), Chinkara Antelope (or Indian Gazelle), monkeys, langoors, wild boars, variety of bird species such as Flocks of Peafowl, while on the lakes Cotton Pygmy Geese and both Bronze-winged and Pheasant-tailed Jacanas are common.
The surrounding woodland and grasslands hold such species as Black-rumped Flameback Woodpecker, Tickell’s Blue Flycatcher, Rufous-tailed Finch Lark (an Indian endemic), Painted Spurfowl, Jungle Bush Quail, Small Minivet and Stork-billed Kingfisher. There’s a possibility of seeing up to five species of owl, including Brown Fish Owl, Dusky Eagle Owl and Collared Scops Owl. Also visit the spectacular ruins of Ranthambhor Fort.
Return to resort for breakfast and relax by the poolside or read a book or enjoy in the woodlands. Lunch at the resort, followed by the afternoon jeep safari for a second chance to view the Tiger and the wildlife in action. Bonfire with dinner at the resort. |

Day7
- Ranthambhore – Jaipur (155 Kms / 3 hrs)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the resort. Later, driven to Jaipur - the Pink city of India. Upon arrival meet Travel Pals executive and facilitated at check-in. later, you will meet your guide for a city tour of Jaipur covering Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and Jantar Mantar (Royal Astronomical Observatory). Overnight at the hotel. |

Day8
- Jaipur
Enjoy a royal breakfast at the hotel. Guided excursion to the majestic Amber Fort - the erstwhile capital of the Kachwahas Rajputs before they moved to their newly built capital in Jaipur. This is the only fort where one can still go by the elephant back even today like a Maharaja. Further visit the huge complex of the City Palace museum and enjoy lunch at the Palace Cafe.
Evening visit to a hand block printing factory and a textile export house followed by visit to a famous gems & jewellery exporter to make your eyes glitter with some of the finest pieces of semi-precious and precious stones. |

Day9
- Jaipur - Udaipur (by air)
Early breakfast at the hotel followed by transfer to Jaipur airport to board direct & short flight to Udaipur. Met on arrival by Travel Pals India executive and transfer to hotel. Udaipur is the city of Dawn, surrounded by the ancient Aravali mountains and set on the edge of three lakes, is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces and temples.
Rest of the day free to enjoy the hotel, lake views, walk into the local market.
Enjoy a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola to have lovely views of the Jagmandir Palace (also known as the Lake Garden Palace, is an exquisite palace placed in an estuary Island in Pichola Lake in Udaipur), the Lake Palace hotel, City Palace complex, Shiw Niwas & Fateh Prakash Palace hotel buildings. |

Day10
- Udaipur
Breakfast at the hotel. A guided sightseeing tour of the city starting with paying your respect to the Jagdish temple in the middle of the main bazaar followed by Sahelion-ki-Bari - 'garden of the maids of honour' brings to mind the lifestyle of the ladies of the court. The delightful gardens appear discreet and in impeccable taste; Eklingji temples - a marvel structure carved in stone and one of the most famous temples of Rajasthan, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Early evening, you will visit the City Palace museum complex to get the feeling of true Mewar rulers of Rajasthan

- Udaipur - back home
After breakfast you will be transferred to Udaipur domestic airport to board flight to Delhi or Mumbai for your further connection to international flight back home. |
